I'm Catherine. I win work for people who deserve to.

I've spent fifteen years leading complex, competitive submissions across defence, health, government, transport, utilities and social infrastructure. At Ventia I've been assigned to more than thirty bids since 2023, shaping win strategy with senior leaders and turning it into executive-ready submissions to deadline.

An Oxford-trained legal and commercial mind, grounded in both Shipley bid methodology and Miller Heiman sales strategy. I think about whether and how to win the deal, not just how to write it up. And I don't just write. I integrate, and I run as an extension of your team.
